Sun-Kissed Summer 2013

Another cowboy trip with my awesome friends heading to Moalboal (located at the southern part of Cebu). Unlike the rest of our friends, Eden and I do not have the luxury to plan our summer trips and if we do, that's called a luck! Most friends already went ahead and enjoy the beach and the party at Bantayan (where people in Cebu mostly visit).

As for us, we chose the less crowded beach and made an overnight stay at Basdaku, Moalboal! We were even very lucky to get a beach-front cottage, good for 5 people for only Php 2,000.00! The cottage is composed of 2 rooms with individual rest room, a queen-size bed and a fan. Despite the heat, the temperature inside was still cool and kept you sweat-free!

I am truly blessed with these people and how we made our quick trip wickedly awesome!!! ILY guys!

The beach is calling me...

I was born from the beach and just being near it makes me glow and shine like a diamond. LOL! Our trip did not end there. We went to this very intimate Beach Resort called Hale Manna and I was surprised how lovely this place is. Hale Manna is THE perfect place if you want to get away from the city-stress and just rest in their cozy environment. You may also do some flexing by trying their kayak. Thanks to Dale for inviting us!

Below are the photos of the room that Dale and family took. There are 2 queen-size bed, 1 single bed , a huge rest room (seriously, it's like a walk-in closet and still has an extra space for gym equipment).

Ced and I did not have the chance to meet during Valentines day so I made sure to reserve his weekend. I rarely post about this so if you read this, consider yourself lucky. Hahaha! I have been out for quite sometime and I'm proud of it and I'm proud of us.

I know there are challenges along the way, but we will face them together. Our relationship is unlike any other despite religion and tradition. Now, I could not even imagine myself without you. Happy Valentines Day idol! - Rabsin

We all have our secrets, from our parents, from our closest friends and (for me) from our partners in life. It was intended to be hidden temporarily until the right time comes. The question now is 'When is the right time?' This has become a hindrance to my relationship and me being just free.

This 'Patches and Stitches' Necktie is a simple tribute saying that I am finally free of secrets. 2 weeks ago, I told my better-half of my whole story (the best and the worst part) of my life. It was such a relief that I am no longer feeling this guilt of not being honest. We have patched the whole and stitched it with love and acceptance.

I want to thank you, Idol, for such a good person. I am truly drowned by your unconditional love. I know that this is not your ideal relationship, but you still compromise. You have always compromised. For that, I thank you. - Idol

6th Mensiversary

And here we are again...and we are in the middle of our anniversary from that day we said 'yes' going to that day we will be turning 'a year'. I thank God for giving both of us good conversation and understanding heart to hear each others feelings: anger, happiness, pain, misery, etc.

I pray for more strength and patience for us and for the coming months and years to come. Bless us, our family and friend and protect us from evil.

5th Mensiversary

No words can express how grateful and happy and proud I am for having you. I have been always aware how painful love can be and all its complications, but when both of you do the tango it's like floating in the air. Both understands, both compromises and just love.

Maybe that's just it, love. Simple.

4th Mensiversary

I apologize for being too busy lately and have lesser quality time. I know you would love and wish to have my time for at least a day, but you know what...the feeling is mutual. I can't wait for our planned trips. I love you, you know that. I just wish for the day that all is going to be well for us.

Running Towards a False Thrill

Have you ever seen yourself running towards a false thrill?

If you don't understand what I am trying to say...please do continue reading for it's quite hard for me to explain.

Anyways, I was inspired to write this because of a recent scenario of a close friend. Let's just say that my friend is in a relationship for too long already that she totally miss (forgot) the feeling of thrill in a relationship. Sometimes, when you are in a relationship, it becomes stagnant that the couple doesn't make an effort to please their needs and wants...and sometimes, they think that SEX is the only key to this.

Unfortunately, they're wrong!!!

Have you ever heard of the term 'Intellectual Orgasm' or 'mind fuck'? (Sorry for the terms)


Yes, this is like sex without any physical contact...and most of the time this is way better than sex itself (for me it is). With the right balance between sex and good conversation, a relationship can never go wrong. This will also prevent you looking for a different person/partner that can give you your desires or needs.

I know tackling about love is complicated, but everyone will experience it anyway...so I hope this entry can at least guide my readers (and myself) and try to reflect as well.

It's Mensiversary, Not Monthsary

I've heard this word from my teacher when I was still in Elementary, Mensiversary.
However, people were just too viral to make their own word and made it a popular (common) word to all the lovers, Monthsary!

I don't know where and how it started, but I must say that it's easy to retain in the head. I would undoubtedly assume that Filipinos made this word up based on all the Google searches which shows Filipino bloggers and blogs that talks about the word Monthsary.

From Latin words "mensis" for months and combining the word "versary"...there came to exist the word "Mensiversary"!

For that I say happy, happy 1st Mensiversary to you and I am so blessed to have you in my life! Each and every second you make me love you for who you are and I am blessed by the trust that you give me. Thank you for letting me in to your life. I love you and I will always cherish you.      - Idol

This day finally came...and my last entry for Valentines has come to an end. I will sure miss writing this kind of entries.

Anyways, we had our early dinner together at the Spaghetti Factory...I enjoyed every second of it. We had some few good talks and most of them were hilariously rubbish. Just like the usual talks we had, we end up having a smile on our faces.

I think I have said everything that I wanted to say starting from the 1st of February and I guess I have proven myself sincere and honest with all my action and emotion. I guess it's all up to you now to realize my worth.

I will always be here...no matter what happens. Take care My Highness.
