Central Philippine University - Exploring Iloilo - Escapades

After having our brunch at JD Bakeshop, we went to this lovely University which is most famous for their Engineering and Nursing Graduates.

Central Philippine University Iloilo

The very first thing I saw in the University was their personal Ambulance. I was pretty much amazed on how the University is concern with their students health promote a green and healthy environment. Like the University where I went to, Silliman University, they are most concern with their students and staffs' health.

I'm not sure if it's true, but I have heard that Central Philippine University is a sister-school of Silliman University (or some sort of like that). Whether is it's true or not, both University definitely has similarities on how the school looks like (the physical setup). They have a long lengthy field with Acacia trees on its bot sides and their Church is on the end of the field.

If you try to look at this picture below, you can see the Church at the back and the Acacia trees on the side. Sorry, I couldn't find a better picture to show the Church.
Cebu Bloggers at Central Philippine UniversityWhat I love the most of this University is the Boulevard-like theme. It just feels like you are walking in a park. See more photos below:

PRESSURE!

Huhuhu! Anyhow, before I spill the BAD NEWS, I want to thank Lorselle for the very cOoL WP pencil, sticker and button...THANKS ALOT!

Okay, here it is...We were threatened by our teacher a while ago that we might not graduate this March because we were very lousy in making an initiative to pass our requirements as early as possible...(Duh! What's the purpose of DEADLINE!!?) But somehow, she is quite true...so I badly needs to work even harder! Huhuhu! PRESSURE much!

Well, I got to go now...

Tests...Over!

Finally! The long awaited day has finally come. Our exams has finally ended (well, except for the Nursing students)...hehehe!

I just arrived home and I am about to take my lunch.

I'll go to school after to make our AutoCad project and by night, we will be celebrating our Sem Break with Cheerdancers, barkada, and friends...

However, the only problem I need to face is that if I pass my subjects or not...Well, I'm pretty sure to pass AutoCad, C++, and MIS, but SysAd---I doubt! It's because no matter what we do, our teacher will always find ways to make the exam DIFFICULT!

To tell you guys honestly, our exercises and our notes were very easy and manageable, but when it comes to our exams...it's very difficult! I mean where the hell did she get that fuckin' exam! it was not on our NOTES! It's so UNFAIR! Grrr! Wooooh! okay, anger released...hehehe!

Anyhow, I really got shocked yesterday, because Mr. Anonymous (clcik here to know him) told me that I was a great assistant (as you can see Mr. Anonymous just arrived from Spain and he's been like travelling around the world). I was so flattered, but I did not show it offcourse...And because of that, he will be giving me a salary for my effort tomorrow! WoW! Hmmm...How much would it be...I'm so excited!

Last Test

And the last exam of the first semester is finally approaching...Approximately 5 hours left for me to review my notes...Well, gtg...peace out

Scared

I am about to go to Church with Mama, Papa, and my brother. Anyway, I am scared for (my) tomorrow's Final Examination in System Administration where I only got 1.6 in the Mid Term Examination...and the cut-off is 2.0.

I AM SO GONNA DIE IF I FAIL! I MUST NOT FAIL!

I already studied the subject but the teacher still finds a way to make the subject difficult...grrr!

Successful Defense

We just finished defending our OJT Project, E-Radio: A Live Audio Streaming Implementation and thank God it was accepted, although it has a lot of comments from our panelists. Grrr!

Actually, this is our second defense for this Project and I just got pissed-off because they should have given all the comments they can make during the first defense, but instead they had more comments today than the last time. (The nerve of this incompetent teachers...sorry to say! Note: Not all)

I just had enough of these powerful people surrounding the campus...with their guts and chinned up facade.

I just remembered a theory I made back in High School:

Having a name with Magna cum Laude or Suma cum Laude do not necessarily mean that you are one of the best students in your school...in some ways, teacher factor comes in.

KODIGZ!

I just had my first Mid-Term exam yesterday, Monday, and as what I have written from my previous entry, I wasn't able to study because of so many priorities...

Because of this, I was able to hold on a sharp knife. In short, nag-cheat ako..huhuhu! Sorry Mr. R. I cheated during your Mid-Term exam...

In fairness, effective! Lolz...seriously, I hope I won't do this often...(ibig-sabihin magagawa ko parin to sooner or later...basta hindi parati...) Wow! vulgar!

Sorry again...

Apologize

Sorry for not blogging lately. I've been very busy with my studies lately. It's our Mid-Term week today and I haven't studied my exams for today...huhuhu! (I am so gonna DIE!)...

Guys, please pray for me to pass all my exams...I want to graduate this year.

Pressure!

Now these are the reasons why I hate being a graduating student:

*OJT - making a live audio streaming (System) - Grrr!
*MIS - understanding different kinds of Information Systems - Soso...
*System Administration - using and understanding not Solaris Operating System - I like this subject
*AutoCad - making complex figures (blue print) - I like this subject
*C++ - making the program using C++ - Soso...

mY bODY hURST!

2 weeks of practicing Cheer leading for the upcoming Cheer Dance Competition this August, I can barely walk. The PAIN! I just can't stand it because I can't do stuffs that I do before like carrying weights and jogging from our home to Bacong (proper). Grrr! I hate it...it's like a rotten muscle that needs to be surgically removed...or maybe, I just need a body massage. But the problem is...Can anyone lend me some money... :) hehe! peace out

Paper Flower

This happened last Friday where the graduating students of the College of Computer Studies in Silliman University had there Leadership Training. I was there sharing my experiences about the other leadership trainings I joined. However, One thing that really struck my heart was the time where a good friend of mine, Mona Baena, shared something about her love life, and somehow I could just relate because of what happened to me not so long ago. (If you read my previous entry, you'll know what I mean.)
Actually, she was the one who made that flower...acording to her it's because of her boredom during the Leadership Training...haha!

I really don't know why but time must have its own life. He knows when a person is blue or in pain, stressed or burdened. In between our conversation, Mona and I got struck by a melody that serenade our inquisitive ears which goes like this:

Don't tell me your sorry cuz' you're not...

This song is entitled Take A Bow by Rihanna and this is what time has given to me to make an insight out of my experience and tell it to people who needs comfort because

"There is no greater fulfillment in life than to create even a small difference on the lives of other people."

Till then...peace out!

First Time in SUSG Office

Hmmm...I thought it was hard to adapt the stimuli inside my new Office, however; I was wrong. I think I can get along with them well...Hope it will last long. Till then...peace out
