FAQ - Free Day Everyday with Globe

  1. What is the FREE DAY EVERYDAY promo?
    • FREE DAY EVERYDAYis a Globe Postpaid loyalty card that aims to introduce trial of Unli Boosters to Globe Postpaid subscribers in Cebu.  Once a subscriber avails/tries the minimum required number of Boosters, he/she will be entitled to a P500 bill rebate, to be awarded after the promo period.
  2. Why are you giving away free Boosters?
    • This is to let subscribers experience the joy of calling/texting/surfing unlimited on their Globe Postpaid plan. The aim of Boosters is to help subscribers regulate their spending  through worry-free unli add-ons.
  3. What is the promo duration?
    • Promo period is from April 20 to July 31, 2012. To qualify for the P500 bill rebate, subscriber must complete at least 3 FREE items and at least 3 DISCOUNTED items within this period.
  4. Who are qualified to avail of this promo?
    • This promo is open to all Globe Consumer Postpaid subscribers residing in Cebu. Subscribers must be of good credit standing, and must be able to accommodate Booster Add-Ons in their credit limit.
  5. I am a Prepaid Subscriber/Load Tipid Subscriber. Can I avail of this promo?
    • Sorry, but the FREE and DISCOUNTED boosters featured in this promo are only applicable to regular Postpaid plans.
  6. How do I get a loyalty card?
    • The cards shall be sent to all Cebu Postpaid subscribers via bill inserts. The cards shall also be available in all Globe stores in Cebu.
  7. I’m residing in Cebu, and there is no loyalty card inserted in my bill. How can I get one?
    • Simply proceed to any Cebu Globe Store. Complete list as follows:

      • Can I share a loyalty card with my friend/family member?
        • Sorry, 1 loyalty card = 1 mobile number only. The reason why we are limiting one card to one mobile number is because we want each subscriber to fully enjoy our wide range of free and super-value boosters.
      • How do I avail of the freebies/discounted offers in the loyalty card?
        • Simply visit any Globe store in Cebu and tell them which freebie/discounted offer you’d like to avail for the day. Just make sure that your chosen offer can be accommodated by your credit limit, and that you are not currently registered to a conflicting service (See question on co-existence rules).       • What services conflict/cannot co-exist with each other?

      • How many offers can I avail in a day?
        • You can only avail of one (1) Free item and one (1) Discounted item per day.
      • How many offers do I need to avail to qualify for a P500 bill rebate?
        • To qualify for the P500 bill rebate, you only need to avail of any 3 FREE items, plus any 3 DISCOUNTED items within the promo period.
      • What if I completed all 12 items on the card? Am I entitled to a P1,000 bill rebate?
        • Sorry, for this particular promo, each unique mobile number is only qualified to get a P500 bill rebate once, regardless of the number of offers that the subscriber has availed.
      • Can I avail of an offer more than once?
        • Sorry, but each unique mobile number may only avail of the same service once. This is to allow each subscriber to experience the different benefits that each product has to offer.  Should you find that you like the service, you may subscribe to the regular Boosters, but you will be charged the regular rate already.
      • I lost my card. Can I get another one?
        • Yes, you may get another card in any Cebu Globe Store nearest you; however, since subscribers can only avail of the same service once, a 2nd card means that you will no longer be able to avail of the same items that you have previously availed. You may, however, try the other services that you haven’t availed before to complete the card.
      • If I avail of any of the free or discounted offers, and the validity ends, will I be charged for succeeding subscriptions?
        • Yes, as soon as the validity of the promo you availed ends, the service will auto-renew to the regular paid 30-day version*. You will, however, receive a text reminder prior to the expiration of the offer, and you may opt-out from the service anytime. -- *This excludes SUPERIDD, which does not auto-renew.
      • Can I already opt-out in advance even if I haven’t received the text reminder prior to the expiration of the offer? 
        • Yes. You may opt-out from any of the services under this promo anytime. Though we highly encourage you to maximize your registrations so you can fully appreciate and experience Globe’s unli offers. It can really help you avoid overspending on your bill.
      • I don’t remember which products I have availed or when they will expire. How do I check status?
        • Below is a table that shows all the keywords for each of the FREE DAY EVERYDAY offers. Checking of status is FREE of charge.
