ERSAO -- the newly open diner located at the 3rd floor of J Centre Mall that offers authentic Taiwanese cuisine.

They are very proud of their distinct, Oriental, street-side signature dishes such as their Dumplings, Adobong Egg, Beef Toppings, Taiwanese Sausage rice and so much more. I have not tried all their signature dishes yet, but so far the Beef Toppings, Taiwanese Sausage with Adobong Egg are perfection!

Chatime in Cebu

I have been roaming around trying and tasting almost all of the milk tea stores in Cebu, but they always fail in terms of consistency in taste…until Chatime came.

Chatime is now open!!!
Have you experienced ordering your favorite Winter Melon milk tea with less sugar, yet still very sweet? I did, and I tend to not finish the drink at all.

With Chatime, they have their personalized hi-tech machine that consistently mix the ingredients to get the exact same taste (in every Chatime store in the World) everytime you order your desired drink.

The store is located at eBlock 2 Asiatown IT Park, Cebu City (beside Army Navy) and is the first branch outside Luzon.

What makes me love Chatime the most is their consistency in measure their ‘no sugar’ and ‘less sugar’ option, which is absolutely perfect for a person who does not have a sweet tooth like me. Their hi-tech machine can measure your desired sugar to be placed on your milk tea.

With Joven, Kristine and Marco comfortably seated on Chatime's lovely sofa.
Did I also tell you that the store looks so hip and is glowing with good vibes! Hoping for more branches in Cebu and expect me in your store often.

Drinking for the Past Weeks

I just realized that I was quite often found, if not in a coffee shop, in another drinking station or store that sells drinks. It was just few weeks ago that I tried the Pure Vanilla at CBTL IT Park during a very hot afternoon.
Pure Vanilla (non-caffeine)
Blame the weather! Well, it can be a reason for a good water therapy project ;)

A couple of days after that, I caught myself sipping a Dark Mocha at Starbucks Terraces. Met some few friends and had a great chit-chat.

A few more days after that, I had the chance to try Tea and Symphony, a new store beside the University of Cebu (Banilad Campus), which offers variety of Milk Tea...and I must say, they have pretty good stuff here and very affordable too ;) -- thanks to CBSi for the invitation

Recently, idol bought me a Chocolate Milk Tea at the Bubble Bee Tea House at the 2nd floor of SM Northwing. Idol is so sweeeeeeeeeeet! LOL!

Aaaaah! Refreshing isn't it? I cant wait to grab one of these soon.

How about you? What did you drink the last couple of weeks?
