Yes, that is right! Balamban Liempo has now turned 3 years and within that 3 year span, they have made more than 40 branches Nationwide! That's how Balamban Liempo spreaded like wildfire.

I remember myself back in 2009 when I first tasted Balamban Liempo and made my own critique on the food. See the link (BALAMBAN LIEMPO: A Critique on the Liempo from the West)...and I could say, the owners, Jojo and Honey has kept their promise to serve fresh from the grill liempos.

Jojo admitted that the road was tough for this business, but they definitely learned and realized so many things on how to manage their business and the rest of the branches so that all of the branches will be serving good quality liempos.

I was also able to meet Jojo's mom and shared her home made Humba and it just blew my mind away! It was sooooo good! I was actually tempted to bring it home. Hahaha!

My family and I loves Balamban Liempo and I'm sure you will too. Kudos to Jojo and Honey for a job well done in maintaining the quality of not just the products, but your BRAND. You made the Cebuano proud!
