Asia in a Basket: Food Bloggers' Meet at SM Cebu

Time check it's 2:30pm (November 30, 2009) and I am here at SM Food Court for the event 'ASIA in a BASKET'. A food event exposing different Asian delicacies.

Everyone is excited for the said event, especially me.

Ever since College, this food was never away from my plate...and I've been trying to compare steam rice in different restaurants. However, this steam rice has captured my my taste. It made me salivate to the point of drooling... This is the BEST steam rice I've tried!

Aside from this, more food were served...and tasted. You'll definitely drool to death!

The bloggers were preparing their appetite for this event, ASIA in a BASKET. Pretty sure they'll (we) be eating all the displayed foods.

By the looks of these sumptuous and delicious food, it's inevitable to be eaten...and once eaten, you'll definitely crave for more....

After the food tasting, everyone was sitting silently on their respective sits with their stomach fully satisfied.

The event was indubitably successful. First, they have presented the food at its best...and second, I got satisfied!

Grand Finals of Nescafe 3in1 Soundskool

Last November 14, 2009 was a successful event of Nescafe Soundskool Grad Finals!

Sorry for the late post. Anyways, I would like to congratulate the winner of the said contest, EEVEE, the representative of the Philippine Women’s University in Davao. They were the best out of 13 band all over the Philippines. They just got themselves Php 250,000 cash, a record label deal with Sony Music Entertainment and Php 100,000 worth of music equipments for the school they represented.

It was definitely awesome...just like the Nescafe Sounskool in Cebu.

Atty's Birthday Celebration

I never thought my Sunday would be a busy day for me! Anyways, stop the thrill and go straight to the point! I just want to say thank you and again, a HAPPY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Atty. Ethelbert Ouano (Laag Cebu)!!! May you have more birthdays to come and may you have an extraordinary love life... :D

Not a Blue Sunday After All

My Sunday wasn't that boring after all...

I checked PINOY WORLD yesterday and found out that I was qualified to visit Maribago Bluewaters. (My entry here: A Sunday by the Beach at Maribago Bluewater).

It was my first time and was definitely amazed by its beauty...

Before we (some CBS members and I) arrived at Maribago, we got lost somewhere in Marigondon; however, we did manage to get our path straight.

At the arrival, we were welcomed by accommodating employees and gave us our towels for the beach. Since it was hot, instead of going to the beach, we went to the pool and gave ourselves a break.

Then, we went to our luncheon buffet. I had so much fun!!!

Yes, I have tasted each and every food on those photos and one of the best I tasted is Maribago's Ice Cream!!!

After lunch, we were able to talk about a lot of things...from SEO to Adsense to food to experiences...etc. We also had the time to watch Manny Pacquiao's win against Miguel Cotto

I definitely enjoyed and learned lots of things from our discussion.



Before we mark our footprints in Maribago, we, again, savor and enjoy the calmness of their pool.

What is behind FINLUST???

I've heard this question so many times, even with my friends, asking me what is behind the title of this blog, FINLUST. Is there a secret to tell?

Well, the answer is YES! There is a story behind the word, FINLUST...and I think it's about time to do something about it.

FINLUST is composed of 2 words: Fin and Lust which means 'the end of lusting'. However, it does not end there.

So, I have decided to make it a contest.
