A Cook-Off event was held at SM Hypermart last friday to celebrate the holiday season and since Mandaue City is the home of the biggest bibingka in the world, this was the best way to celebrate the holiday. Bibingka makers where summoned for the said final round of SM Hypermarket's Supersized Challenges where 2 groups will be announced as winners. The Best Tasting and the Most Number of Plates Served Category winners will each receive
Php 25,000.00 worth of SM Gift Certificates and a plaque of recognition from SM.
It was indeed an amazing event and overwhelmed that there were so many people gathered and excited for the bibingka show.
