Fundamentals of Professional Cooking
This is a 16 Session Hands – On Culinary Course that covers the basic techniques and methods of the culinary arts whilst tackling all major regions of the culinary world:
Requirements:
- Filed application form with 2 pcs. 2”x2” colored picture
- Medical Certificate
- Authenticated Birth Certificate
- Authenticated Marriage Certificate (if married only)
Schedule:
- Mondays – Thursdays (8:00AM – 12:00NN)
- Saturday Session, (1:00PM – 5:00PM)
Course Inclusion:
All ingredients, Basic knife set, Chef’s Uniform, 1 full apron, 2 kitchen towels,

Tuition fee - P39,000.00 ; Reservation - P 10,000.00 – (not refundable but deductable from the whole tuition fee amount, this is only valid for the period applied only. Failure to enroll automatically forfeits the fee)
