A Day With Sumilon

Before I start this entry, I would like to give tribute to our Former President, Cory Aquino, for her unconditional love and support that she has given to the country... May you rest in peace...
...

An environmental advocate as I am, I was simply stunned by Sumilon's extraordinary beauty...

It is full of elegance despite its simplicity...overflowed by natural resources plus their facilities, services and activities:

  • The Island Pavilion - where the food is being served...
  • Aquamarine - a shop at the eastern beach area and caters fully equipped snorkeling, diving gears, paddle boats, windsurfing boards, and kayaks.
  • Ocean Exploration - includes Scuba Diving Adventure, Snorkeling Trips with fish feeding and Windsurfing.
  • Discover the Island - with an afternoon Tea Party, Birdwatching, Cave tours, Lagoon fishing, Hiking, Massage, Trekking, etc.
...getting interested??? Wait until you see a video of Sumilon Blue Water:

Sumilon Bluewater Beach Resort is owned and managed by Almont Holdings Incorporated (AHI) and is the sister resort of Maribago Bluewater Beach Resort.

Thanks to Pinoy World, I was given the chance to visit Sumilon Bluewater Beach Resort and experience their life in the Island. I also had the chance to talk to the Resident Manager of Sumilon Bluewater, Mr. Greg Perral, and with him (also with the support of the crew) the Sumilon Island can never go wrong!

One of the highlights that I will never forget while Sumilon's breeze was massaging my body and soul was the conversation I had with Mr. Ruben Licera (owner/editor of Pinoy World) and how they struggle for Sumilon's survival...until now and I commened you guys for your effort's SUCCESS!

Here are some photos during the event:

Our Sumptuous food offerings were provided by the in-house island kitchen managed by Chef de Partie Buddy Amodia.
