Indeed Miss Cebu has been and will always be one of the BEST highlight during Sinulog Festival. Now that Sinulog 2011 is fast approaching, Miss Cebu 2011 Candidates are also very excited and making their preparation for the upcoming Miss Cebu 2011 Coronation Night. I'm sure they are and they will be doing their best on the final night.
