EVENT: SEARCH FOR CAMPUS MODEL 2010

Cebu is one of the country’s economic prime mover which undeniably manifested by Mango Square as the destination for students, professionals and people from different walks of life for business, pleasure, relax, and to unwind. Mango Square has been noted for it’s round the clock in the service, during day time customers can enjoy strolling, shopping, business meeting, dining and many more. After sunset customers like foreigners may enjoy the bars for dining, entertainment, drinking and for fun at affordable rates by visiting various tenants of Mango Square.

As the image of the Mango Square continue to speed up and increases in the field of market traffic for day and night tenant, rumors and negative stories are fabricated to destruct the public which is proven to be a false alarm. To address, Mango Square Management through PREIMAX Global Solution in cooperation with Traffic Convenience Store and Cala Espresso has joint effort to counterpart rumors and to remind the public that Mango Square remains to offer quality, safety, secured and affordable products and services by its tenants. As a result, “Search for Campus Model 2010” was born, an interschool pageant-modeling competition open to all college students aging 17-21 years of age. Search for Campus Model 2010 is scheduled on September 18, 8:30 P.M for final screening at the Mango Square Open Plaza and on September 25, 5:30 P.M Mango Square Activity Center for the final competition. A contestant has to convene with the criteria prepared by the organizers and to satisfy the judges of the said competition headed by Ms. Kaye Luym.

Cebuanos are considered to be world class ambassadors of beauties and talents, well-known because of its desirable traits and values, highly recognized for its genuine culture and tradition which had contributed good image and had been acknowledged in the country and abroad. In this way, Campus Model 2010 initiated by Mango Square and Preimax will help promote tourism through our college student as they compete to be the first Campus Model.
The event will benefit Cebu tourism in promoting distinct Cebuano traits, cultures, traditions, beauty and talent by our college students. The Search for Campus Model 2010 will showcase their introduction performances, talent competition, night gowns, question and answer portion and school uniform ramp modeling competition.

The search is now open to all college students who have an X factor that composed total package of good moral character, beauty, talent and brain. Search for Campus Model 2010 will be directed by Marlon Wafer and John Caesar Doropan (event coordinator of PREIMAX).
Aspiring students are invited to apply and get their application forms at the Traffic Convenience Store, Cala Espresso or at PREIMAX office during mall hours at the 3rd floor of Mango Square from Monday to Saturday or may call the office at 268.9377/505.7700 or at 0933.475.6698. Students will compete for the title, cash prizes from Mango Square, gift certificates and so much surprises coming from its partners and sponsors.
